We are seeking an organized and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to support families, answer questions, and help keep our front desk running smoothly.

As a key member of our team, you will assist with class enrollment, process payments, communicate program information, and ensure every customer feels welcomed and supported.

• Greet customers in person and over the phone with a warm, professional attitude
• Assist families with class enrollment, schedule changes, and account updates
• Process payments and maintain accurate customer records
• Learn and navigate scheduling and payment software
• Communicate program information and policies clearly
• Support check-in procedures and facility organization
• Help maintain a clean and welcoming lobby and front desk area
• Assist with training sessions, special events, and other duties as needed

• Prior customer service, retail, or administrative experience is preferred
• Experience in a youth program, school, or recreational setting is a plus
• Strong communication and basic computer skills
• Friendly, dependable, organized, and comfortable working with the public
• Ability to learn scheduling and payment systems
• Available to work two to three shifts per week during peak hours, including afternoons, evenings, and weekends
• Ability to successfully complete a background check
