Role Overview
Permanent Customer Service Representatives join the Customer Experience team and report to the Team Leader, Customer Experience.
The role provides call-centre services for group and individual dental, extended health, and travel benefit plans.
The role supports inquiries, escalations, company software navigation, potential fraudulent-claim monitoring, and new employee support.
