- Process and accurately record payments
- Conduct marketing, promotional, and follow up calls
- Maintain accurate customer records and keep up to date
- Identify customer needs and confidently explain services available to them
- Develop and maintain strong knowledge of company services and products
- Manage customer onboarding processes from initial engagement through completion
- Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and within required deadlines
- Handle confidential customer information in accordance with GDPR and company policies
Requirements
- Experience in customer service or administrative role
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work UK hours
