Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls and respond to customer enquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, diary scheduling, and follow up communications & ensuring appointment booked is at full capacity.
  • Process and accurately record payments.
  • Conduct marketing, promotional, and follow up calls.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and keep up to date.
  • Identify customer needs and confidently explain services available to them.
  • Develop and maintain strong knowledge of company services and products to confidently support enquiries and sales opportunities.
  • Manage customer onboarding processes from initial engagement through completion.
  • Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and within required deadlines.
  • Handle confidential customer information in accordance with GDPR and company policies.
