- Resolve account and subscription issues

- Document interactions and escalate complex concerns when necessary
- Collaborate with editorial, circulation, and marketing teams to improve the overall customer experience

Role Description
- This part time Customer Service Representative role is a hybrid position based in Abu Dhabi, with flexibility for some work from home arrangements.
- The representative will respond to subscriber and reader inquiries via phone, email, and online channels, ensuring timely, accurate, and courteous assistance.
- Daily responsibilities include resolving account and subscription issues, updating customer information, and guiding users through digital access, newsletter subscriptions, and event registrations.
- The representative will document interactions, escalate complex concerns when necessary, and collaborate with editorial, circulation, and marketing teams to improve the overall customer experience.

Qualifications
