BloomingBox is seeking a dedicated, customer-focused Customer Service Representative.
The role supports excellent customer experiences by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service.
Customer Interaction
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries through phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Follow up on and resolve complaints professionally and empathetically, escalating issues when needed.
Problem Resolution
- Identify and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Collaborate with other departments on complex problems.
- Review out-of-stock items and support effective customer replacements.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Communication and Product Knowledge
- Communicate clearly to understand customer needs and concerns.
- Provide proactive updates about inquiry and resolution status.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products, services, and policies.
- Stay informed about updates, changes, and new features.
Documentation
- Document customer interactions and resolution steps accurately in the customer support system.
Qualifications and Skills
- English and Arabic communication skills are required.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach are required.
- Patience, empathy, and teamwork are required.
- MS Suite proficiency and fast, accurate typing are required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is up to AED 5,000 per month.
Workplace and Employment
- The position is full-time.
- The work location is in person.
