Role Overview
Golden Key Car Rental is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support exceptional customer service.
The role handles phone, email, and face-to-face interactions, resolves issues, and promotes a customer-first experience.
The listed work location is Airport Road, Al Garhoud, Dubai, UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and face-to-face customer interactions.
- Respond to inquiries about quotes, orders, status, complaints, returns, and warranties.
- Resolve customer concerns and provide clear, accurate information.
- Promote and upsell company products and services and maintain product knowledge.
- Document customer interactions, feedback, issues, and resolutions in a database.
- Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets.
Qualifications
- Arabic speaker with English as a second language.
- Proven customer service or related experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Educational background in business, marketing, or finance.
- Ability to think quickly, solve problems, alleviate conflicts, and escalate tactfully.
