About The Role

  • We are looking for a motivated and customer focused Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience across phone, email
  • This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, communicating effectively, and solving problems in a dynamic, fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Support: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat; Provide accurate information regarding products, services, billing, and company policies; Assist customers with account management, order status updates, troubleshooting, and general support
  • Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer concerns efficiently and effectively; Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary; Document customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions accurately; Follow up with customers to ensure issues have been fully resolved
  • Customer Experience: Build positive relationships through professional and courteous communication; Contribute to customer retention by consistently delivering high quality service; Gather customer feedback and share insights to support continuous improvement initiatives; Collaborate with team membe

Qualifications

  • Required: 1–2 years of experience in customer service, customer support, or a related field; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Strong problem solving and conflict resolution abilities; Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively; Strong organizational skills and atte
