- Monitor and manage incoming orders from all delivery aggregator platforms
- Accurately punch and process orders through the POS system
- Ensure all orders are entered correctly and dispatched in a timely manner
- Handle incoming customer calls professionally and resolve guest concerns, complaints, or inquiries
- Coordinate with the kitchen team regarding order modifications, special requests, or operational issues
- Communicate with delivery partners when necessary to resolve delays or order related concerns
- Monitor order statuses and proactively address any issues that may impact the guest experience
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer customer inquiries confidently
- Follow company SOPs and ensure order accuracy at all times
- Report recurring operational or customer issues to the Operations Manager
- Assist with other administrative or operational tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or order coordination preferred
- Ability to manage multiple orders and platforms simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with POS systems and order management
