About the Role
Tabrah Flowers and Gifts Trading is seeking an organized coordinator to manage customer communication, coordinate florist and delivery teams, and maintain inventory and CRM records.

Responsibilities
- Manage all customer communication over WhatsApp, from order creation through to delivery
- Help customers choose the right arrangement based on their needs, occasion, and current stock availability
- Send payment links, share tracking, and keep senders updated at every stage of their order
- Coordinate closely with the florist and delivery team to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
- Coordinate weekly floral orders with B2B clients
- Liaise with event companies on floral arrangements for their events
- Attend events to oversee the florist's work and ensure quality on site
- Liaise with third party sellers over WhatsApp to arrange flower pickups and deliveries
- Ensure all inventory is logged accurately and kept up to date
- Manage and maintain Zoho CRM and inventory records
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and a customer first attitude
- Highly organized, able to juggle multiple orders and conversations at once
- Comfortable working with CRM and inventory systems (Zoho experience a plus)
- Prior experience in the gifting or floral industry is preferred

Overview
- We're looking for an organized, personable coordinator to be the central point of contact for our customers and partners — from the moment an order comes in until the flowers are delivered. Working Hours & Compensation
- Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- After hours monitoring: WhatsApp must be monitored from home until 9:00 PM
- Overtime: Paid overtime available for Sundays and weekday extra hours
- Salary: AED 4000 AED 4500 (Depending on experience)
