About the role:CSR is looking for a vibrant and detail-oriented Customer Service Officer to be the welcoming face of our Schofields Selection Centre and Customer Services Team. This role is a Tuesday - Saturday opportunity 8:30am - 4:30pm. In this dynamic and customer-focused role, you will play a vital role in supporting customers, managing orders and keeping operations running smoothly.As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll provide outstanding support by responding to phone and email enquiries, assisting customers in person, and ensuring every interaction is professional and positive.You'll manage both front-facing customer interactions and back-end customer service support, including but not limited to order processing, coordinating appointments and resolving enquiries. Along the way, you'll build strong customer relationships and develop valuable product knowledge that sets you apart.If you're proactive, detail-oriented, and love working as part of a collaborative team, we'd love to hear from you! Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist walk-in customers and maintain a professional front counter.Maintain displays and merchandisingSupport customers in the showroom with product advice.Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and system channelsProcess customer orders accurately and efficiently in SAPKeep customers informed on order status, delays, and solutionsInvestigate and resolve customer enquiries, complaints, and returnsWork with and support the internal customer service teamCommunicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Support with SAP & CRM tasks, including purchase orders and case management.Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. What You'll Bring3 - 5 years in customer service (front facing) or call centre rolesStrong communicator who builds genuine connections with customersDemonstrated ability to deliver professional, friendly, and solutions-focused customer service through phone and face-to-face interactions.Ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.Confident using CRM systems and online booking tools (training will be provided if not already familiar).A proactive team player who can also work independentlyWhat we offerWe strive to support your professional and personal growth.
