Job Description
The role is a Customer Service Officer within the Retail Banking team.
The position focuses on customer service, branch operations, banking requests, and operational support.
What You Will Do
- Assist customers with banking requirements and resolve queries efficiently.
- Process branch service requests accurately in line with bank policies and procedures.
- Support branch operations through customer requests, service transactions, and operational activities.
- Promote customer adoption of digital banking channels and self-service solutions.
- Manage cards, cheque books, statements, certificates, letters, and other customer documentation.
- Adhere to service standards, regulatory requirements, and operational controls.
- Contribute to team collaboration and identify opportunities to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in customer service, branch operations, retail, hospitality, sales, or banking is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to service excellence.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work effectively within a team.
