Job Overview

  • A Customer Service in a tourism company is responsible for providing exceptional support to clients by assisting with travel bookings, tour packages, hotel reservations, transportation, and general travel inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with tour package bookings, hotel reservations, flights, and transportation arrangements.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and in person.
  • Provide accurate information about tour destinations, travel itineraries, pricing, and company services.
  • Handle booking modifications, cancellations, refunds, and travel related issues.
  • Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with hotels, airlines, tour guides, and other travel partners to ensure smooth travel experiences.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and booking information.
  • Promote additional travel products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and travel regulations.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in customer service, tourism, or hospitality is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and travel booking systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
