Responsibilities
- Assist customers with tour package bookings, hotel reservations, flights, and transportation arrangements
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and in person
- Provide accurate information about tour destinations, travel itineraries, pricing, and company services
- Handle booking modifications, cancellations, refunds, and travel related issues
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, tour guides, and other travel partners to ensure smooth travel experiences
- Maintain accurate customer records and booking information
- Promote additional travel products and services to enhance customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with company policies and travel regulations
Requirements
- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous experience in customer service, tourism, or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and travel booking systems is an advantage
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
