Key Responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and service counters
- *Provide information about:*
- Bus routes and schedules
- Karwa taxi services
- Transport fares and policies
- Handle complaints and service issues (delays, driver behavior, lost items)
- Record and escalate incidents to operations teams
- Assist passengers in terminals and service centers
- Maintain accurate logs in customer service systems
- Support airport and transport call center operations
Requirements
High school diploma or diploma/bachelor’s degree
Good English communication (Arabic is an advantage)
Customer service or call center experience preferred
Basic computer skills
Ability to work in shift schedules (24/7 operations)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
