Overview

**Mowasalat** operates public transport, taxis, and limousine services across Qatar.

A **Customer Service Officer** at **Mowasalat (Karwa)** handles passenger inquiries and supports Qatar’s public transport operations (buses, taxis, and transport services).

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and service counters
  • *Provide information about:*
  • Bus routes and schedules
  • Karwa taxi services
  • Transport fares and policies
  • Handle complaints and service issues (delays, driver behavior, lost items)
  • Record and escalate incidents to operations teams
  • Assist passengers in terminals and service centers
  • Maintain accurate logs in customer service systems
  • Support airport and transport call center operations

Requirements

High school diploma or diploma/bachelor’s degree

Good English communication (Arabic is an advantage)

Customer service or call center experience preferred

Basic computer skills

Ability to work in shift schedules (24/7 operations)

Strong communication and problem-solving skills
