Customer Service Officer
- Requires 3–5 years of retail sales or customer service experience, including 1–2 years in a supervisory or team-lead role.
- Requires experience with sales targets, upselling or cross-selling, team coaching, and complaint resolution.
- Experience in floral, luxury retail, gifting, or hospitality is preferred.
- Requires a bachelor's degree or diploma in business, retail management, hospitality, or a related field.
- Requires knowledge of flowers, plants, floral products, seasonality, and trends.
- Requires proficiency with Microsoft Office, ERP or POS, CRM, and inventory systems.
- Requires excellent English communication; Arabic and other languages are advantageous.
Customer Service Coordinator
- Requires 1–2 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or hospitality.
- Experience in floral, gifting, or luxury retail is advantageous.
- Requires a high school diploma; a business, retail, hospitality, or related diploma or degree is advantageous.
- Requires knowledge of MS Office, POS or ERP, or CRM systems.
