Role Overview

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Retail Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in the floral or flower industry.
- Strong knowledge of cut flowers, foliage, plants, seasonal flowers, flower varieties, colors, vase life, freshness, and basic flower care.
- Experience managing or supervising a customer-facing team.
- Experience in sales reporting, customer follow-up, order management, and inquiry-to-sales conversion.
- Experience using POS, CRM, ERP, order management, or similar systems.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and reporting.
- Senior customer service, team leader, retail supervisor, or sales coordination experience is preferred.
- Floral, gifting, luxury retail, hospitality, or related industry experience is highly preferred.
