Reporting to the Customer Service Manager and working closely with our customer service and operations teams at the Derrimut Melbourne Depot, you’ll keep customers informed, supported, and confident that their freight is in safe hands.

We’re customer service but not call centre, you are the key link between our customer and depots.

The facilitation and management of customer orders and jobs received

Liaising with operational staff to ensure all customer requirements are met

Managing freight bookings and time slot requests

Ad hoc administrative duties as required

Previous experience in customer service as part of a busy fast paced team ideally in transport, warehouse & logistics

Polished communication, exceptional service mindset and natural relationship building skills

Strong MS Office and systems confidence
