Role Overview
The Customer Service Manager is based out of Harvey, Illinois, and reports to the Senior Manager of Inside Sales.
The role manages customer service activities, escalations, order processing, customer accounts, on-time delivery, and customer experience improvement.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage the customer order process from receipt through delivery and drive on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Streamline processes, improve service metrics, and implement procedures aligned with department and company objectives.
- Coordinate department projects, manage customer service representatives, and conduct monthly coaching sessions.
- Create and run reports and queries using JDE and Microsoft Excel.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
