Role Overview
Lead a team of trained product experts responsible for delivering a delightful, frictionless customer experience.
The role focuses on customer relationship management, satisfaction, retention, renewals, and account engagement.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Drive customer retention and contract renewals.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Monitor account health and proactively manage customer engagement.
- Conduct regular customer meetings and Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Coordinate closely with Sales, TAM, Presales, Solutions Architecture, Finance, and other internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of customer service experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
