Join the team as a customer-focused Customer Service / Helpdesk Executive.
The role is within the facility management industry and focuses on customer and service-request support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant customer service or helpdesk operations experience.
- Facility management experience in Qatar is preferred.
- Excellent English and Arabic communication skills.
- Presentable, professional, and customer-oriented personality.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle complaints and resolve issues within the stipulated timeframe.
- Ability to coordinate with technical and operational teams.
- Good follow-up and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple requests.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer and client complaints and resolve issues effectively within the stipulated timeframe.
- Coordinate with technical and operational teams to ensure timely service-request resolution.
- Maintain records of complaints and service requests.
- Follow up on pending customer requests and manage multiple requests efficiently.
