- Handle freight enquiries, quotations and coordination with local and international clients
- Manage import/export/cross trade business by Sea freight & Air freight
- Perform job costing and quotations for international freight forwarding
- Negotiate rates and services with shipping lines/airlines and overseas agents
- Handle MNC clients and execute time bound & critical sea/air shipments
- Ensure compliance with customs procedures and port operations
- Independently manage freight forwarding operations and customer service
