Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of English and Arabic
- Minimum of two years experience in an aesthetic clinic or hospital setup
- Ability to manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
- Ability to meet personal/customer service team targets and call handling quotas
- Ability to handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Enter new customer information into system

Job Overview
- Rosmetic Medical Center is looking for a female customer service/call center representative to be based in Dubai.

Qualifications
- Preferable minimum of Two Years experience in an Aesthetic clinic or a hospital set up
- Preferable with previous experience in Aesthetic Clinics
