Responsibilities

  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in English.
  • Responsible for providing excellent customer service via telephone and email.
  • Excellent in drafting emails and chats.
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication with corporates and individuals.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
  • Patience and tolerance working under pressure.
  • Ability to learn about services and describe/explain them to prospects.

Requirements

  • Proven experience of 1 2 years in customer service, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive and results oriented approach.
