The Customer Service Executive executes jobs in an accurate, systematic, efficient and timely manner.
The person coordinates with all teams, and/or agencies concerned with shipping.
Mainly responsible for:
Sending enquiries/RFQ's to overseas agents, local carriers
Prompt communication with the overseas and local partners
Ensuring proper handling of shipments from start to finish
Requirements
- At least 2-3 years and above experience in a similar post
- Knowledge of sea and air imports and exports, cross trades (Air/Sea/Land)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Planning and organizing skills
- Capacity to handle stressful situations
- High degree of accuracy
- First preference : Philippines nationality
Experience
- customer service in uae: 1 year (Preferred)
