Overview

The Customer Service Executive executes jobs in an accurate, systematic, efficient and timely manner.

The person coordinates with all teams, and/or agencies concerned with shipping.

Mainly responsible for:

Sending enquiries/RFQ's to overseas agents, local carriers

Prompt communication with the overseas and local partners

Ensuring proper handling of shipments from start to finish

Requirements

  • At least 2-3 years and above experience in a similar post
  • Knowledge of sea and air imports and exports, cross trades (Air/Sea/Land)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Planning and organizing skills
  • Capacity to handle stressful situations
  • High degree of accuracy
  • First preference : Philippines nationality

Experience

  • customer service in uae: 1 year (Preferred)
