Responsibilities
- Handle all customer inquiries and orders received through WhatsApp, the website, and the mobile application
- Manage client communication promptly and professionally for all meal plan related queries
- Collect and document customer feedback, concerns, and service issues
- Coordinate with the nutritionist to share client updates, preferences, and necessary dietary adjustments
- Provide follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth communication flow
- Check, verify, and track all daily orders received through multiple platforms
- Ensure accurate entry, confirmation, and follow up of orders for the vegan meal plan
- Work closely with the operations and nutrition teams to ensure all meal customizations are correctly reflected
- Maintain daily records of sales, subscriptions, and renewals
- Tally daily and weekly sales reports and submit them to management
- Assist in upselling meal plans and promoting ongoing offers when required
- Prepare and share daily delivery lists and routes with the delivery team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
- 1 year of customer service experience (Preferred)
- Arabic (Preferred)
- English (Preferred)
