Role Description
Full-time remote customer service role supporting buyers and suppliers of second-hand clothing.
The role operates in a fast-paced, international wholesale environment.
Core Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries through email, phone, and chat.
- Resolve order, delivery, and product-related issues.
- Provide information about inventory, pricing, and policies.
- Manage customer accounts, track orders, and follow up on pending issues.
- Coordinate with logistics and sales teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of customer interactions.
- Monitor customer feedback and contribute to process improvements.
- Help enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated customer support and customer service experience handling inquiries, complaints, and order-related requests.
- Ability to manage follow-ups, escalations, and customer service processes.

- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- French language skills are highly beneficial.
