Role Description

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries by phone, email, and online channels.
• Provide information about products, orders, and services.
• Resolve complaints, track orders, and coordinate issue resolution with internal teams.
• Maintain detailed customer interaction records in the service system.
• Prepare basic service metrics reports and support account management activities.
• Improve service processes and update FAQs or customer communications.
• Promote a positive, professional brand image in every customer interaction.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and clear communication with diverse customers and colleagues.
• A customer satisfaction focus with the ability to manage expectations and follow through on resolutions.
• Customer support and customer service experience is preferred, particularly in a product or FMCG environment.
• Knowledge of customer service management, escalations, and request prioritization.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Comfort using CRM systems, ticketing tools, and standard office software.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting with self-discipline, reliability, and time management.
• Customer-facing experience and a diploma or degree in business, communications, or a related field are preferred.
• Additional language skills are advantageous.

Workplace

• The role is hybrid in Abu Dhabi, with on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility.
