Customer Service Executive

WE’RE HIRING!

We’re looking for a friendly, organised, and sales-focused professional to help customers with enquiries and orders.

• Communicate professionally with customers through WhatsApp, calls, and social media.
• Accept and process orders accurately, confirming product details, customisation, payments, and delivery timings.
• Recommend cakes, chocolates, gift boxes, and add-ons to upsell and increase order value.
• Coordinate with production and delivery teams to ensure orders arrive on time.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints politely and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate customer records and build relationships that encourage repeat orders.

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in the F&B industry.
• Strong written and spoken English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Confident WhatsApp communication and good sales skills.
• Basic computer knowledge; experience with POS or order management systems is preferred.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple orders during busy periods.
• Experience with cakes, chocolates, pastries, or hospitality is an advantage.
