- Assist in managing customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery activities
- Contribute to quality audits, customer journey mapping, and continuous improvement projects

- Strong analytical, communication, and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Interest in customer experience, business excellence, and the automotive industry

Role Overview
- We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented UAEN to join our Automotive Aftersales team in a Customer Service & Business Excellence role.
- The successful candidate will support initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction, improve service quality, and drive operational excellence across aftersales functions.
Key Responsibilities
