Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and target-driven **Call Center** Agent with experience in **cleaning, technical services, or facility management**.
The candidate will make outbound calls, generate leads, promote our services, and achieve sales targets while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients
- Explain services, pricing, and benefits clearly
- Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate solutions
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM
- Handle client objections professionally and close sales
- Coordinate with the operations team for service delivery
- Provide prompt responses to client inquiries and complaints
Requirements
- Minimum **1 year of experience** in **outbound calling / BPO / tele sales**
- Experience or working knowledge of **cleaning services, technical services, or facility management**
- **Good command of English** (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Target-driven with the ability to work under pressure
- Basic computer skills (CRM, Excel, email)

- **AED 2,500 – 3,500 per month** + incentives based on performance
