Role Overview
The Customer Service Associate provides a distinctive and helpful customer experience while supporting checkout, sales, store operations, and customer services.
The position is temporary and supports a retail store environment.
Customer Experience
- Greet customers and patients, offer assistance with products and services, answer questions, and resolve issues.
- Model customer service practices such as proactive help, identifying needs, courtesy, and serving customers until satisfied.
Store Operations
- Operate the assigned cash register and process purchases, payments, voids, returns, refunds, exchanges, and rain checks.
- Maintain merchandise, inventory records, displays, store systems, equipment, and clean store conditions.
- Follow asset protection procedures and state and local requirements for regulated products.
- Support photo services and fulfill web pickup orders for customers.
Basic Qualifications
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English is required, except in Puerto Rico.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, is required.
