Role Overview

  • Amazon's Customer Service team is seeking a Customer Service Associate to provide exceptional support to customers in Saudi Arabia.
  • The role involves handling customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, with a focus on problem solving and customer delight.

What will you do as a Customer Service Associate?

  • Be the first point of contact for Saudi Arabia customers in Arabic.
  • Answer requests through phone, chat, and/or email including order and product questions, payment matters, and website guidance.
  • Use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with customers.

What are your hours?

  • Work 9 hours per shift, minimum 40 hours per week.
  • Variable shift patterns within operating hours of 8 am to 10 pm Monday to Sunday.
  • Schedule provided 1 2 weeks in advance; shifts may change every 1 4 weeks.
  • May be required to work national holidays.

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum age: 18 years old.
  • Saudi national.
  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic (written and oral).
  • Experience working with a computer.
  • Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within operating hours of 8 AM to 10 PM.
  • Willingness to work in rotating shifts (early, late, weekend, and overtime as required).
