Role Overview
- Amazon's Customer Service team is seeking a Customer Service Associate to provide exceptional support to customers in Saudi Arabia.
- The role involves handling customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, with a focus on problem solving and customer delight.
What will you do as a Customer Service Associate?
- Be the first point of contact for Saudi Arabia customers in Arabic.
- Answer requests through phone, chat, and/or email including order and product questions, payment matters, and website guidance.
- Use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions.
- Communicate effectively with customers.
What are your hours?
- Work 9 hours per shift, minimum 40 hours per week.
- Variable shift patterns within operating hours of 8 am to 10 pm Monday to Sunday.
- Schedule provided 1 2 weeks in advance; shifts may change every 1 4 weeks.
- May be required to work national holidays.

Basic Qualifications
- Minimum age: 18 years old.
