Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and follow-ups
- Coordinate with sales, logistics, and technical teams
- Prepare quotations and order documents
- Track orders and update customers
- Handle complaints professionally
- Prepare material submittals, warranty certificates, and submit sample requests to QA/QC
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service coordination role (preferably in construction chemicals or related industry)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Experience with ERP/CRM systems is an advantage
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
