Good news — you can join the fun from age 16! We welcome applications from anyone aged 16 and over who has finished full-time compulsory education. As we’re a licensed premises, colleagues under 18 will work within the duties and hours permitted for their age, with some duties, such as serving alcohol, reserved for colleagues aged 18 and over.

As a Customer Service Assistant, you'll provide an excellent customer experience by managing reception bookings, answering enquiries, identifying sales opportunities, hosting events, serving food and drinks, and keeping the centre clean, welcoming and running smoothly.

You’ll work across various departments, from running the Laser Arena and hosting Escape Room experiences to managing karaoke rooms, and hosting children’s parties. Every day will bring something new, keeping the fun flowing!

You should be efficient, proactive, friendly, and confident in customer interactions, with exceptional service as your priority.
