Key Responsibilities

Manage the customer database, segmentation, customer profiles, purchase history, and follow-ups.
Handle customer communication through email, WhatsApp, Instagram, and calls.
Maintain order sheets, track orders, coordinate with logistics, and provide timely customer updates.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, exchanges, returns, and delivery-related issues.
Drive repeat purchases through personalised follow-ups, campaigns, recommendations, and reactivation.
Provide personalised concierge assistance, including product recommendations and order support.
Deliver a smooth customer journey across pre-purchase, purchase, and post-purchase interactions.

Ideal Candidate

Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
Experience with CRM, WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and customer support.
Good understanding of D2C and fashion e-commerce customer journeys.
Strong organisation, follow-up, and coordination skills.
Proactive, responsive, and solution-oriented approach.
Fashion or apparel e-commerce experience is preferred.

Performance Measures

Key performance measures include repeat purchases, customer retention, CRM revenue, response time, customer satisfaction, reactivation, and order resolution.
