Role overview
SIXT is hiring a Customer Service Agent to support customers, sales, rental agreements, and branch vehicle operations.
The stated basic salary is £30,784 per year, plus a competitive bonus.
Your role
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers with a friendly, professional, and sales-focused approach.
- Create tailored offers and make each customer interaction a special experience.
- Handle rental agreements and customer inquiries in an organized and service-oriented way.
- Confirm vehicle damage with customers, obtain signed documents, and notify the Branch Manager.
- Refuel vehicles and support efficient branch operations.
- Deliver and collect vehicles between branches.
- Prepare, clean, and valet vehicles to maintain high customer standards.
Your skills
- Experience in direct customer contact is required; service, tourism, or sales experience is ideally preferred.
- Communicative and articulate English is required.
- Flexibility, teamwork, and availability for shift work including weekends and holidays are required.
- A valid driving licence with at least 12 months of driving experience is required.
