About Us

The Role

  • As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the voice of our brand and the primary point of contact for our guests. You will handle inquiries, secure bookings, and swiftly resolve any issues that arise during a guest's stay.
  • This role blends the fast paced environment of a call center with the high touch hospitality of the vacation rental industry. Your hard work will be directly rewarded with a generous commission structure on top of your base salary.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and booking platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.) quickly and professionally.
  • Convert inquiries and leads into confirmed bookings to maximize property occupancy.
  • Guide guests through the check in and check out processes, providing clear instructions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve guest issues calmly and efficiently (e.g., maintenance requests, amenities questions).
  • Coordinate with our housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure properties are guest ready.
  • Maintain a warm, welcoming, and upbeat attitude in every interaction.

What We Are Looking For

  • Flawless English Skills: You must speak and write English at an exceptionally high/native level.
  • The 'Calm Yet Energetic' Vibe: You know how to bring enthusiastic energy to a happy guest, but you can instantly switch to a calm, reassuring, and empathetic tone if a guest is stressed or frustrated.
  • Customer First Mindset: You genuinely love helping people and possess excellent emotional intelligence.
  • Problem Solver: You think on your feet and don’t panic when things don't go according to plan.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable multitasking across multiple chat windows, phone lines, and property management systems (PMS).

Experience Requirements

  • Call Center Experience Preferred: Previous experience working in a fast paced call center environment is highly advantageous.
  • Experience in sales, reservations, hospitality, or short term rentals is a major plus.
