Customer Service Agent

We’re growing, and we’re looking for a new person to join the Britfix team.

We need someone who’s great with people, knows their way around cars and can take an incoming customer from “Hi, I need some help with my car” all the way through to a confirmed booking.

When the phone rings, WhatsApp pings or a new enquiry comes in, you’ll take ownership of it.

Understand what the customer needs.

Answer their questions.

Explain things clearly.

Follow up when needed.

Get them booked in.

And most importantly, make sure dealing with a garage feels easy.

You do not need to be a mechanic, nobody is going to ask you to rebuild a gearbox on your lunch break.

But you should know cars.

If someone mentions their brakes, suspension, servicing, AC or a strange noise coming from somewhere it definitely shouldn’t be, you should know enough to understand the conversation and confidently guide them towards the next step.

Your English needs to be clear, professional and fluent, and previous customer service experience is essential.

We also want someone who takes ownership.

If you spoke to a customer yesterday and they weren’t ready to book, you should be thinking about following them up today without someone having to remind you.

Who This Role Isn’t For!

If you hate following up, this probably isn’t for you.

If you think “ok sir” is excellent customer service, probably not for you either.

If you know absolutely nothing about cars and have no interest in learning, we’re probably not the right fit.

And if you’re looking for a quiet desk job where you answer a few calls and wait for 6pm, you definitely won’t enjoy this one.

We want someone switched on, friendly, organised and comfortable taking responsibility for their customers.

The basic salary is AED 3,000 to AED 4,000 per month, depending on experience, including commission on top.

Someone who performs well can bring their total monthly earnings to approximately AED 6,000.
