The purpose of this role is to provide outstanding customer service by managing customer orders and enquiries across B2B, B2C and Mobility Store channels. Customer Service Advisor | Office Based- Barnsley

The role will focus on accurate order processing, after-sales support, and ensuring a positive customer experience at every stage of the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Manage customer enquiries by phone, email and face-to-face.
- Provide alternatives for out-of-stock products and manage back orders.
- Handle after-sales support including returns, credits, amendments and delivery queries.
- Manage service tickets and ensure timely resolution within SLAs.
