Role Overview
GAC is hiring a Customer Service Administrator for its customer service team in Dubai.
The role executes logistics administration, coordinates documentation flow, and provides customer service.
Location and Employment
- The position is based in Dubai, UAE, including the Dubai World Central area.
- The employment type is full-time.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate import and export shipments based on customer needs and priorities.
- Process principal orders through the company system.
- Prepare customs documentation for import and export shipments in line with applicable regulations.
- Coordinate daily schedules with operations teams and communicate transport requirements on time.
- Track shipments until they reach their destination.
- Escalate complaints and service-related issues promptly.
- Respond to customer requests and help ensure timely resolution and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and organized records for future information needs.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
