Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and client inquiries professionally
- Manage staff scheduling and daily coordination
- Respond to emails and maintain effective communication with clients and staff
- Support sales activities and assist in client acquisition and follow up
- Perform administrative duties and maintain accurate records
- Ensure excellent customer service and a positive client experience
Requirements

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and professional email correspondence
