Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls and client inquiries professionally.
  • Manage staff scheduling and daily coordination.
  • Respond to emails and maintain effective communication with clients and staff.
  • Support sales activities and assist in client acquisition and follow up.
  • Perform administrative duties and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and a positive client experience.
  • Be flexible and available to support operational requirements as needed.

Requirements

  • Bilingual (Arabic and English).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and professional email correspondence.
  • Basic sales and client relationship management skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service, administration, healthcare, or nursing services is preferred.
  • Flexible, proactive, and willing to support operational needs beyond routine administrative tasks.

Pay

  • QAR 4,000.00 QAR 4,500.00 per month
