About the Role

  • We are looking for a customer focused and detail oriented Customer Sales Representative to support our Sales and Marketing team.
  • This role is responsible for ensuring accurate order processing, effective customer communication, timely coordination of deliveries, and maintaining sales documentation while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and process customer quotations and sales orders.
  • Prepare proforma invoices, customer correspondence, and other sales related documents.
  • Process sales order amendments, cancellations, and purchase order modifications.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, quotations, and customer orders within the Oracle ERP/CRM system.
  • Maintain organized records of customer quotations, follow ups, and sales activities.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, stock status, and delivery schedules.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and excellent customer service.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing professional and timely support.
  • Maintain delivery and shipment schedules to ensure orders are delivered on time.
  • Coordinate with Stores, Procurement, Finance, IT, and Sales Counter teams to ensure smooth order processing.
  • Prepare material return documentation and coordinate the approval process.
  • Monitor and maintain product item master records.

What We're Looking For

  • Secondary school education with a certificate in computer applications.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales administration, customer service, or sales support.
  • Experience using Oracle ERP/CRM or similar business systems is preferred.
  • Experience within a manufacturing, industrial, or trading environment is an advantage.
  • Sales administration and order management.
  • Customer service and relationship management.
  • Oracle ERP/CRM system proficiency.
  • Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good coordination and follow up skills.
