Hepworth PME Qatar seeks a customer-focused Customer Sales Representative to support sales operations, including order processing, customer communication, and delivery coordination.

Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and process customer quotations and sales orders
- Prepare proforma invoices, customer correspondence, and other sales related documents
- Process sales order amendments, cancellations, and purchase order modifications
- Maintain accurate sales records, quotations, and customer orders within the Oracle ERP/CRM system
- Maintain organized records of customer quotations, follow ups, and sales activities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, stock status, and delivery schedules
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and excellent customer service
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing professional and timely support
- Maintain delivery and shipment schedules to ensure orders are delivered on time
- Coordinate with Stores, Procurement, Finance, IT, and Sales Counter teams to ensure smooth order processing
- Prepare material return documentation and coordinate the approval process
- Monitor and maintain product item master records
Requirements
- Secondary school education with a certificate in computer applications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales administration, customer service, or sales support
- Experience using Oracle ERP/CRM or similar business systems preferred
- Experience within a manufacturing, industrial, or trading environment is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good coordination and follow up skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment
- Strong problem solving skills
- Applicants must currently reside in Qatar
- A transferable visa with an NOC is required, where applicable

About the Role
- We are looking for a customer focused and detail oriented Customer Sales Representative to support our Sales and Marketing team.
- This role is responsible for ensuring accurate order processing, effective customer communication, timely coordination of deliveries, and maintaining sales documentation while delivering excellent customer service.
