- Answer incoming calls and WhatsApp messages professionally

- Coordinate driver allocation and daily dispatch support
- Send booking confirmations and follow up on enquiries
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings
- Handle complaints and service issues professionally
- Update client records after every visit
Requirements
- Strong English communication skills, spoken and written
- Excellent telephone manner
- Good CRM and basic computer skills
- Organized, calm under pressure, and detail oriented
- Experience in customer service, telesales, dispatch, or operations preferred
- Good knowledge of locations and areas within Dubai and Sharjah
