Role overview
Build district and product-level customer retention programs.
Strengthen branch and service consistency, customer relationships, and revenue performance.
Support retention activity across multiple products and geographies.
Major duties and responsibilities
- Build a district retention program covering all existing district customers.
- Assist Product Managers with product-level retention programs.
- Facilitate monthly branch retention meetings.
- Build and protect consistency in branch and service offerings.
- Measure and analyze customer revenue trends and communicate them proactively.
- Ensure minimum call counts and reviews meet district goals.
- Drive incremental improvements in customer relationships.
- Grow revenue across multiple products and geographies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent business qualifications.
- Minimum four years of Expeditors or industry experience.
- Ability to create, write, and articulate client business plans.
- Management skills to organize and coach a team.
- Demonstrated customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Expeditors operating systems, Microsoft Excel, Visio, and Blueprint.
