About the Role
Manage and grow a portfolio of merchants across different industries and business sizes.
Combine customer success, account management, and portfolio growth responsibilities.
Build trusted merchant relationships and make Moyasar a primary payment partner.
Monitor payment performance, increase transaction volume, and own account performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships with decision makers and merchant stakeholders.
- Monitor transaction volumes, payment activity, approval rates, conversion rates, and merchant performance.
- Develop plans to increase usage when Moyasar is a secondary payment provider.
- Conduct merchant visits, business reviews, and performance meetings.
- Increase payment volumes, activate payment methods, and expand merchant usage.
- Address account health issues, declining volumes, inactivity, service issues, and potential churn.
- Manage account growth plans, merchant issues, and escalations through resolution.
- Collect feedback, share insights internally, and prepare portfolio reports.
- Maintain merchant activities, opportunities, visits, and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Support merchant onboarding, activation, retention, and ongoing growth.
