- Respond to client inquiries regarding tourist, business, study, work, and residency visa services
- Conduct consultations and identify the most suitable visa options for clients
- Convert leads and inquiries into successful sales
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain strong customer relationships
- Explain visa requirements, procedures, processing times, and service packages
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth client experience
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth
- Maintain accurate records of leads, clients, and sales activities
Requirements
- Fluent English (mandatory)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in visa sales, immigration consultancy
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills
- Self motivated, target oriented, and confident in dealing with clients
