Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain CRM systems and customer databases
  • Track & receive leads, customer inquiries, and aftersales requests
  • Monitor customer interactions and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Generate reports and analyze customer data to support business decisions
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, and aftersales teams to improve customer experience
  • Support campaign tracking, customer segmentation, and communication workflows
  • Ensure accurate data entry and continuous CRM optimization

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, MIS, or related field
  • Eligible for Tamheer Program (first-time Tamheer applicant only)
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Strong interest in CRM, customer experience, and data management
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic & English
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and manage tasks efficiently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and reporting tools
  • Experience or knowledge in automotive or industrial sectors is a plus
