Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain CRM systems and customer databases
- Track & receive leads, customer inquiries, and aftersales requests
- Monitor customer interactions and ensure timely follow-ups
- Generate reports and analyze customer data to support business decisions
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and aftersales teams to improve customer experience
- Support campaign tracking, customer segmentation, and communication workflows
- Ensure accurate data entry and continuous CRM optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, MIS, or related field
- Eligible for Tamheer Program (first-time Tamheer applicant only)
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong interest in CRM, customer experience, and data management
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic & English
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and manage tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and reporting tools
- Experience or knowledge in automotive or industrial sectors is a plus
