About the Role
ECCO seeks a Wholesale CRM Specialist for MEA & CIS markets to manage end-to-end wholesale operations, including order processing, logistics coordination, and customer relationship management.

Responsibilities
- Manage the full customer journey: catalogue sharing, order placement, delivery, invoicing, and issue resolution
- Act as the go to person for customers and internal stakeholders across wholesale operations
- Share catalogues, pricing, and delivery timelines
- Collect and validate seasonal orders within deadlines
- Process and maintain accurate order entries in the system
- Validate orders against stock availability and commercial terms
- Handle amendments, cancellations, claims, and returns efficiently
- Track orders from placement to final delivery
- Coordinate with logistics, planning, and operations teams
- Ensure all shipping documentation is accurate and compliant
- Proactively resolve delays, shortages, and discrepancies
- Monitor sell through performance and identify replenishment opportunities
Requirements
- 3–5+ years in wholesale operations, order management, or customer service
- Strong background in order processing, logistics, and customer coordination
- Experience with SAP or similar systems
- Fluent in English
- Russian is a must
- Exposure to CIS markets is a strong advantage
- Knowledge of import/export regulations, Incoterms, and compliance (EAC, DoC) is a plus

- We are looking for a Wholesale CRM Specialist to join our team, supporting MEA & CIS markets, ensuring excellence across the full customer journey—from order placement to delivery and beyond.
Key Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For

- Experience with SAP or similar systems
