We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented CRM Assistant to join our dynamic team in Dubai.
This role is crucial in maintaining and enhancing our company's reporting systems, ensuring data accuracy and driving operational efficiency.
As a CRM Assistant, you will be responsible for data administration, reporting, and process improvement within our fast-paced Fintech environment.
You will collaborate effectively with various departments, proactively identifying and resolving challenges, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Requirements
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- 1+ years of experience in the Fintech industry (preferred, but not mandatory for exceptional candidates)
- Proven experience in data administration, including data integration, cleansing, processing, and assignment
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc. - a plus)
- Experience with reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc. - a plus)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration
- Ability to adapt to changing processes and new technologies
- High sense of confidentiality and professionalism
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
