8Ba Group seeks a CRM Specialist to manage daily CRM maintenance, data auditing, newsletter marketing, and sales team compliance monitoring. The role requires 1-3 years of CRM or digital marketing experience and proficiency in CRM systems and email marketing tools.

Responsibilities
- Perform daily maintenance, tagging, categorizing, and cleaning of customer data within the CRM system
- Monitor and verify sales personnel's CRM entry compliance and performance
- Compare CRM data with actual financial/contract performance and prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports
- Schedule and send newsletters, event invitations, and holiday greetings using email marketing tools
- Track delivery rate, bounce rate, open rate, and click through rate of each newsletter
- Extract lists of high intent customers from email backend reports and conduct proactive contact
- Track the full conversion funnel from email click through to sales assignment
- Manage digital entry and physical archiving of important client contracts and records
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and manage opt out lists
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in data analysis, business management, or related fields
- 1 3 years of experience in CRM management, sales operations, or digital marketing (Email Marketing)
- Proficient in at least one mainstream CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
- Proficient in using email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Sendinblue)
- High proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table) for data processing
- Exceptional attention to detail and audit thinking
- Excellent communication and follow up skills
- Confidentiality awareness and high level of professional ethics
- English language proficiency

Position Objective
- Responsible for daily maintenance and data auditing of the brand/organization's core CRM system.
- Engage potential customers through precise newsletter digital marketing and deeply track customer feedback.
- Act as the 'audit brain' of the sales team, monitoring and verifying sales personnel's CRM entry compliance and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- CRM System Management and Data Audit: Daily maintenance, tagging, categorizing, cleaning customer data; Sales behavior monitoring; Sales performance reconciliation.
- Newsletter Marketing & Campaign Execution: Sending and scheduling newsletters, event invitations, holiday greetings; Data monitoring of delivery rate, bounce rate, open rate, click through rate.
- Feedback Tracking & Lead Nurturing: Lead capture from email backend reports; Proactive reach to high intent customers; Track full conversion funnel.
- Data & Archive Management: Digital entry and physical archiving of important client contracts, purchase records, guarantees, and art/luxury archives; Compliance management with data privacy regulations.
Job Requirements
- Educational background: Bachelor's degree or above in data analysis, business management, or related fields.
- Work experience: 1 3 years of experience in CRM management, sales operations, or digital marketing (Email Marketing).
- Language requirement: English.
