Customer Relationship Management Analyst (CRM)

Role purpose

Areas of responsibility

• Follow relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions.
• Carry out day-to-day activities related to the role to ensure continuity of work.
• Build, maintain, and enhance the CRM database in collaboration with IT.
• Develop algorithms and analyze customer data to identify business opportunities and generate insights.
• Assess the business impact of analysis and communicate findings to business units to support decision-making.
• Work with business units and designated champions to collect and analyze data for CRM-driven initiatives.
• Work with sales staff to develop campaigns and capture key learnings.
• Collaborate with other functions to understand business needs, gather feedback, and improve CRM systems.
• Drive key initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement, process improvement, cost reduction, and productivity improvement.
• Assist in preparing timely and accurate reports for the bank and department.
• Comply with relevant safety, quality, and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls.
• Perform other related duties or assignments as directed.

Qualifications and experience

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology is required.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience is required.
